The rotary valve, alternatively termed the electric ash discharge valve, comprises three components: motor, tooth differential star reducer or pin-wheel cycloidal reducer, and rotary vane discharger. It features two series with 60 specifications available. Square flanges at inlet and outlet represent type A, while circular flanges designate type B. This discharge apparatus serves as primary equipment for dust collection in dust removal systems, air distribution, and material feeding applications, proving suitable for powdered and granular substances. It finds extensive application across environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical processing, grain handling, food production, and other industrial domains. The rotary valve may be mounted at the discharge opening of negative pressure dischargers. The valve’s upper section receives material expelled from the discharger. The rotating impeller fulfills dual functions of material conveyance and sealing, preventing air infiltration through the discharge opening during pneumatic transport operations and guaranteeing normal discharger material flow.
