Working Principle

The Tapping Test Sieve operates via a three-phase asynchronous motor. Energy transfers through a coupling, actuating the worm gear and worm deceleration mechanism, which revolves the vertical shaft and camshaft. This action produces a horizontal circular movement of the sieve while concurrently elevating the tappet to trigger the tapping hammer.

The material experiences a circular motion upon the sieve surface while receiving the impact force from the tapping hammer, prompting it to leap and rotate. According to the mesh dimension, smaller particles traverse through the sieve apertures into the lower sieve frame. This stratified screening procedure guarantees that each test sieve retains exclusively particles of identical size, accomplishing accurate particle separation and establishing the material’s granularity composition.
