Coarse Material Special Sieve – Linear Vibrating Screen

The linear vibrating screen manufactured by Yuanzhen Machinery employs dual vibrating motors as the vibration source, causing material to be propelled upward on the screen while simultaneously advancing linearly toward the discharge outlet. Material enters uniformly from the feeder into the screening machine’s feed inlet, passes through multiple screen layers, and oversized and undersized materials of various specifications are separated and discharged through their respective outlets.

It offers advantages including low energy consumption, high throughput, simple construction, easy maintenance, and fully enclosed structure. No dust spillage occurs during the screening process, and automatic discharge is achievable, making it highly suitable for production line operations. The screen body of the linear vibrating screen can be manufactured in very large dimensions. While its screening precision is moderate, the screening capacity is quite substantial, making it ideal for coarse material screening operations.

Structural Principle

The UZSF series linear vibrating screen is powered by dual vibrating motors. When the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions, the excitation force generated by the eccentric blocks cancels out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, while combining into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Consequently, the motion trajectory of the screening machine is linear.

The two motor shafts are inclined at an angle in the vertical direction relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the excitation force and the material’s self-weight, materials are propelled upward and either jump or advance forward in a straight line across the screen surface, thereby achieving the objective of material screening and classification. This equipment is suitable for screening various dry powder or granular materials with particle sizes ranging from 0.074-10mm, moisture content below 7%, and non-sticky properties. The maximum feed size should not exceed 10mm.
