Finosonic is ideal for safe and efficient cleaning of fine-mesh sieves from 3—12in (75—304mm) diameter, including fragile electroformed cloth. Ultrasonic energy waves create rapid cavitation, agitating and freeing lodged particles. Most meshes are completely cleaned in one to five minutes,below are 3 types frequently-used ultrasonic frames we have added for most of our customers.
1.For 1000mm Diameter
Above type could be used for 1000 machine with one set FINOSONIC GENERATOR, this type is more effective than standard one, around 120% than that of standard one.
2.For 2400 or 2600 machine
Above type called butterfly type, could be used for 2400 and 2600 diameter machine with two sets FINOSONIC GENERATOR.(Optional: if you want to save cost, we may use one generator with twin converters).
3.For 3000mm diameter
Both of two types could be used for 3000 machine with three sets FINOSONIC GENERATOR.(Optional: if you want to save cost, we may use one generator with three converters).
