I. Introduction>>>
UFSZ series linear vibrating screen is designed and manufactured by Xinxiang Unitfine Machinery Co. and Chinese School of Mines, with the principle of a vibrating motor excitation. Sieving materials can be tossed on the screen surface and moved forward in a straight line, achieving screening purposes. It can sieve for 0.074-6mm any material, and the maximum feed particle size is less than 10mm.

3 Features>>>
Compared with other screen machines, this screening machine has the following characteristics: high precision, simple structure, easy maintenance, low energy consumption, noise, closed, reduce pollution, and longer screen life.
4 Working Principles:
Materials from the feeder evenly enter into the inlet of screening machine.The materials jump forwards while screening to the front under the vibration motor excitation,through multi-layers to classify the materials in to different kinds according to its size. Material on the sieve and under the sieve are discharged from their respective export, into the hopper or holding barrel.
7.Installation of Screen Mesh>>>
1) Firstly screen frame should be taken out from the box.
2)Discharge the screws of pressure net bars, remove the pressure net bars (pressure net bars of each screen machines are not interchangeable).
3)Check the screen net, its surface can not have hard bumps and scratches, and if so, use fine sandpaper to smooth.
4)At first, cut out of a piece of coarse screen mesh and tile it below the fine screen mesh, surrounded by paved, with the pressure by the pressure bar.
5)then cut out of a piece of fine mesh and tile on the screen net.
6)Fasten pressure net bars, Firstly fix the pressure net bars near the upper side of the outlet, level the screen without not wrinkle, then fix the pressure net bars near the feeding end. When Screen net in the length direction is tightened, then fix pressure net bars on both sides. In the course, tighten clamping screw from the middle segment.
7)press the screen net by the middle of the pressure net bar.
8)At last tighten the screws on the pressure net bars one by one, so that the whole mesh is tightened.
9)Put the finished screen net into the screen box, and install the pressure net, tighten the screws (Surrounding seal ring can not have the broken and missing pieces. The seal by seals ring and pressure net bars should be enclosed).
8.Operating Procedures:
1) Ready: shift operator should read the record, and then check if the screen is intact, if the screen frame is pressed,if the connection is firmly screw, if spring bracket is normal.
2) Start: Empty run a few minutes.When in normal state, start production.
3)Operation: sifter operator should not be allowed to leave their posts in normal production operations for avoiding accidents.
4)Stop: first stop feeder, after stopping screening machine, and write shift record.
9 Maintenance:
1)The operator must check the screen every day at work and screening quality, timely replacement screen.
2) Regularly check the connection screw, so as not to loose.
3) minor maintenance every six months,major maintenance and repairs one year.
4)Add the the vibration motor fuel regularly.
