Ultrasonic vibrating screen is multi-layer, high-efficiency and new vibrating screen that moves on a circular motion.
ultrasonic vibrating screen is mainly composed of screening box, exciter, hanging device and electromotor. The electromotor drives the principal axis of the exciter to rotate through v-shaped belt, and under the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced materials on the exciter, the screen box will gain vibration and it can gain different vibration amplitudes through changing the eccentric block of the exciter.

Here’s how the ultrasonic vibrating screen works:

  1. Standard Vibrations: Initially, the exciter generates standard mechanical vibrations that cause the particles on the screen mesh to move and separate according to their size. Larger particles move to the top layers, while finer particles pass through the mesh.

  1. Transmission line seal of protection hose in the ultrasonic is fastened.
  2. A mouth fixed on the screen box is fastened.
  3. Check whether the power use ultrasonic generator is 220 V, and ensure grounding protection
